Take the Next Step
Your journey will only take you as far as you will go.
People will often leave a local church claiming they aren’t getting anything out of it… sometimes that may be true. But we think we get out of a church only as much we you are willing to put into it. We believe that God calls us to respond to His incredible love and mercy. There are many different ways we can respond, but here are a few of those ways.

Water Baptism
Our public declaration.
Baptism is the outward sign of the living Christ working within an individual. This salvation encounter with God brings cleansing, wholeness and restoration. Baptisms at Journey are a community event — done as part of worship and celebration. When you are ready and God is leading to be baptized, our pastors will discuss it with you and pray with you in making this bold and beautiful decision. We offer baptisms in a variety of ways and will be happy to discuss with you this exciting next step in our faith journey.
Real Life in Jesus
Knowing of Jesus and knowing about Jesus is far different than knowing Jesus. Whenever there is a doubt or question in life, Jesus has an answer for us and for our situation. A key to our Christian journey is a personal ongoing relationship with Jesus. As we get to know him, our faith will blossom and grow. At Journey, we understand the value in personal mentor-mentee connections. We have seen phenomenal growth and breakthroughs in these connections. Ask someone about the Arrival Kit. This is where this kind of connection usually starts. Paul wrote about a problem in Corinth: “There are a lot of people around who can’t wait to tell you what you’ve done wrong, but there aren’t many fathers willing to take the time and effort to help you grow up.” (1 Corinthians 4:14 MSG) We believe in mentoring relationships.

Every person has a story.
Tell Your Story
You have a life that has been impacted by others and you have impacted other’s lives. You matter to us and we want to hear your story. Tell us your story and listen to other stories of God’s faithfulness.
Cell Groups
Basic Building Block of the Body
Cell Groups consist of 3-15 people who meet regularly for spiritual growth, community, evangelism, and multiplication. Healthy cells grow and multiply!

Join the Mission
It’s not about us
God’s Church, among other things, exists for those outside the household of faith. We live for others. It’s not about us. God calls us to reach outside our walls and love like Jesus loved. We were placed here to serve others. Find out how you can get on mission. We have opportunities for you to serve close to home or on the other side of the world.
These are your people
We wanted to give you one place where you could respond to any of these next steps. A place where you could find direction, advice, sign up for events, and take steps to connect. Check out our connect page and register for a user account. It’s one the easiest ways for you to get on board.
